Orders from DIY Auto Shine are typically processed within 2–4 business days before being shipped. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Additionally, any changes requested after purchase are not guaranteed.
Please note that couriers may leave your parcel at the front door. Once the package is marked as delivered by the courier, DIY Auto Shine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels. We recommend providing a secure delivery address or arranging to be present at the time of delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At DIY Auto Shine, we take pride in offering high-quality car detailing products. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide store credit or replacements in certain circumstances. Please review our policy below:
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the damage or defect for verification purposes before arranging for a replacement.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
Unused and Unopened Products
Returns for store credit for unused and unopened products are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
